The big thing doesn’t have to be a big thing. It’s just the thing, the focal point, the one thing you’ll make sure happens even if nothing else happens.
It’s good to GARDEN/notes/Not having a plan means making more decisions. But plans meet reality and sometimes, reality wins. That’s okay.
It’s good to know what you’ll stick to even if reality fucks up the rest of your plan. Is it dinner at the table? Time reading a good book? A long run or a short workout? Time with your family? One key task on a project? Something creative?
Identify it, hold on to it, make it happen.
