3 options when dealing with a problem:

• Accept it. It is what it is. Out of your control. Quit resisting it, then. You’re wasting energy.

• Take action. Make a decision. Do something. Quit waiting for someone else to fix it.

• Be anxious. This is where you tend to land if you don’t choose 1 (or both) of the other 2 options

I’m sure there are other options but these seem to be the three I always find.
