Homemade, cheap, simple, lasts a long time.

Here is the original recipe I start with: How to Make a Homemade Electrolyte Drink - Mary’s Nest

Base powder

It’s just three types of salt:

  • Sea salt
  • Potassium Chloride powder
  • Magnesium Glycinate powder

I used the proportions in the recipe above for my base electrolyte powder, then I add

  • Cranberry powder
  • BCAA powder

Mix it all together and store in an airtight container. If you have issues with clumping, store in the freezer.

To use: Add 1/2 teaspoon of the mix to ~20 ounces of water. I like to add lemon or lime juice as well. Add a few drops of sweetener if desired.
