Snow pea leaves with garlic

Ingredients
- 1 pound snow pea leaves
- 2-3 T oil, butter, or ghee
- Garlic (3-5 cloves / 1-2 T minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Wash and drain the snow pea leaves
- Heat oil in wok or large sauté pan over high heat. Throw in the garlic, stirring constantly. After 30 seconds or so throw in the snow pea leaves. Stir it all around.
- Put a lid on the wok and cook for about 1-2 minutes. Remove lid, stir briefly, and transfer to a dish.
- Eat. Experience bliss.
