The key to building the best you is simply getting to a point where you truly get to know yourself, and you can truly be yourself. Being yourself is one of the hardest things to do.
The single biggest resource for overcoming the struggle from within is the consistency and sincerity of thought. Whatever thoughts you have must be 1) consistent and 2) genuine. You see, you cannot fool your thoughts, as your thoughts will return exactly what you feed them.
Don’t blame anyone or anything for your current circumstances. The whole idea is to learn to create your own circumstances, no matter how difficult things may seem.

Practice internal awareness by keeping your thoughts focused on the present moment, and practice external awareness by being mindful of your environment, surroundings, and those you are conversing with in the moment.
